If the banks are smart, they stay away from Facebook. I always hear user base when Facebook comes into the picture. One can’t even reach their own fans with updates on Facebook. Unless you pay, of course. There are much better ways for banks, and all others, to do well on social media. There is no real need and use of Facebook as it is.
Banks and credit unions have fallen all over themselves trying to build a Facebook fan base… with little success, and even less ROI. But Facebook has an advertising platform with mind-numbing potential. You had better get ready, because this is a game-changer.
